I ordered a .30-30 Handi from my favorite counterman the last weekend of August 2009. None were available from a variety of distributors, so I started checking here and found that they'd manufacture a batch during the last part of March.
I went by the gun shop this afternoon on other business and the counterman pulled me aside. He said that he had just gotten off the phone with the distributor and that my .30-30 Handi is on the way. It should arrive at the gun store no later than early next week.
You guys were right. It's the last of March and .30-30 Handis are in the pipeline. Mine's on the way.
