Quick question, other than the short barrel, what are the differences between the 18 3/4" Talo and the 22" Handi 45 70?

Just the barrel length as far as I know. May be different sights, but I'm not sure about that, I haven't seen a plain .45-70 Handi in a few years. They do not come with a scope base as they are advertised to.
