I have seen them for around $600 to $800 on gunbroker.com and auctionarms.com.  There are usually some on gunsamerica.com as well.  I lucked out a couple years ago.  I got a stainless 445 Supermag with a couple of barrels for $650 including shipping and FFL transfer.  I have subsequently converted a Marlin lever action to 445 Supermag.  Quite a combo.  I have since added a 4" VH shroud for $100.  I am currently looking for a compensated 4" barrel and my set will be complete.  I consider this setup to be the ultimate combination of power, versatility, and shootability.  The 454 Cassul is a little more powerful, but way to tough on shooters and shootin' irons.  The 445 Supermag operates at 44 Mag pressures.

Have you run any 445 loads from the rifle over a chrono?  I've thought of making a 445 rifle on the Winchester M1894 platform.

I don't have a chronograph, but I am planning to get one.  I have not had time to do load developement for either the handggun or the rifle.  I am hoping to have time for that soon.
