Sidekick barrel availability?

I am thinking of buying a new Handi Rifle, but the unavailability of the ML barrel for it has me disappointed. Is there any solution to this problem? If I could buy the rifle (either wood stock 30-30 or synthetic 45-70) and then send it in for a 20 ga barrel and a ML barrel that would be perfect. But they don't do ML barrels any more.  :(

Buy a used ML. Less $ than a new barrel.

Sidekick accessory barrels have never been available, you want a Huntsman barrel for your frame, or as wreck suggested, buy a complete rifle. Keep an eye on the H&R classifieds, they're both frequently listed.

Duhhh. Sorry, I meant Huntsman. I will watch for a used rifle. Thanks.
