BradN, if you already have the .410 barrel that's fine to use, however a 20 gauge barrel works great and there is less meat to remove for the stbbing. Also, in Handi's a 30-06 class ejector (30-06, .270, .280, .308) is what you need to replace the shotgun ejector. It works just as it is. However on an ejector gun you have to drill the barrel lug and add a lifter button and spring to accomidate the rimless case of the .45 ACP, a simple operation easily done with just a drill press....<><....
