Hey Ben, I was thinking of you when I went through LaGrange this weekend.  Went on a run to Montgomery for one of my Club's Alabama Chapter's annual party   Easy ride, I-85 all the way.  But let me told you what be the trufe!   We got south of 185 and it seemed like there was a road kill every few hundred feet for the stretch there going into Alabama!   

I'd hate to ride that road at night.     With that many deer hit, imagine how many must be crossing the road!     murder-sickle wrecking vermits!     They need some ser-ous thinnin out!

I done been trying my best to thin the herd, but they got these funny laws now about 8 points and such.  And, they won't let you hunt at night.  Add to that, dynamite is so hard to get I've about given up fishing!

I live just a few blocks from LaGrange college, and last year they had a deer that made a "forcible entry" through a glass door there.  Recently another was running about on campus, I don't know if he was trying to enroll or what.....

Last year as well I killed a coyote out my back door.

We may live in the city, but the country has followed me here!
