Hatsan air guns from Turkey, any of you have any experience with them?
I am about to trade for one and it is quite accurate. Can not find this particular one
in any books or websites but it is a nice rifle.

I had a winchester 800X a couple years ago and thought it was a good rifle had a bsa airrifle scope on it and it shot good. that I recall the trigger was a little stiff but I know with a longer adjustment screw could have been made a little lighter. It was made in turkey by hatsan. scout4<><

Hatsan is selling them to Walther which is putting their name on them. They had some issues in the beginning but now have them resolved. My friend has the Walther Talon [ Hatsan 125 ] and he is very happy with it.

Hatsan is in no way connected with Walther. Walther does not buy Hatsan rifles in order to put the Walther name on them. Umarex owns the rights to use the Walther name, and they are putting it on every piece of junk gun and gun accessory they can get their hands on. Its called brand recogniton. Thats using a well known and respected name to sell something, with the seller (Umarex) counting on the uninformed buyer to think the product is actually made by Walther and be willing to fork over substantial amounts of money based on the name value alone. Hatsan guns have had issues from the start, and have always been low end guns. Any issues that have been resolved just makes them less low end, but still not worth the asking price.
