6.5X55 Brass?

I'm having a new barrel being made, I know that there is a little difference between the US and brass made in Europe. Can you use either?

I use both but seem to get slightly better groups out of brass with Norma or NNY headstamps.  I use my .308/30-06 shell holder for the Winchester brass but have to use the larger 6.5x55 shell holder for the European brass.  What barrel maker did you go with?  I used McGowen and my buddy used Sheiln to put on our Savage actions.  Both are shooters.
