Just spoke with Keith Cairns and he would like to make everyone aware that the match is scheduled for the last weekend in April (24 & 25) and it is open to all.
For those of you who've not attended in the past, the CBC is a smallbore match held in PeEll, Washington, (southwestern corner of the state about 20 miles west of Chehalis) and it attracts, annually, the highest percentage of master class shooters of any match in the country. A great chance for those (especially 'B', 'A', and 'AA' shooters) who've not yet had the opportunity to compete at many large matches to meet, observe and learn from the best around. Informal atmosphere, serious competition, great food, lots of prizes -- both door prizes and competitive awards -- and plenty of good folks.

(If you know anyone else who might be interested but isn't on this board, please pass this on to them.)
On a sad note, Gary Rainis passed away last evening. If you've attended the CBC, you'll have known Gary as a really fine man who contributed a great deal of time, effort and talent both to this match and to silhouette shooting in general. He'll be missed...
