This is certainly not an offer too sell and/or trade at this point--but--it is a consideration.
The little gun has served a good and faithful purpose for a number of years. It resides under the matress.
It is clean and has not been shot all that much--which is a part of the thought process behind my question.
It serves its purpose but is not all that much fun too shoot.
It can perform its service for many years---S&W makes good guns.
I can shoot it, and, with some degree of accuracy--far better than is necessary for the task at hand and what I want it for.
I would like a little heavier weapon--a little more fun too shoot.
I now have a .327 S&W that is a fun little honker too shoot and--I think--ample enough to do the job designed for---it certainly will get your attention, noise level wise, and maybe will convience a BG that I have a howitzer aimed at him.
I don't really know. I always know that there is a loss on getting rid of any gun and some amount of regret.
I don't really have another desire lurking in the corner which would push me to make a decision--if I did, I would take this too the next level. Right now, my gun desires are pretty level---that is a blessing in itsownself in a way

An AR build has crossed my mind over the last several years but nothing that gets the blood boiling.
