Yea, a C-130 was never that roomy.

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.

Actually that is the inside of a  C-17.  Many hours in the air as a passenger on those.  Just flew back and forth to Charleston SC on one this weekend.  C5's are MUCH bigger in side.  The C17 only has room for one row of pallets down the middle.  The C5 has room for two buses side by side and two in a row.  Plus cargo compartment of a C5 doesn't have a "wall" at either end.  It opens at the front and rear for RO/RO.  Passenger compartment is above the cargo area, it has app. 73 seats if I remember correctly.

That'll prolly be a rare item for sure after all the hope and change is done.

i never was inside a c5 or a c17.   our horses were the c130 and the c141 starlifter.  i saw a c5 flying once and you just couldnt believe your eyes.   they are so big you just cant believe that they can actually fly.
