Glad to hear I'm not the only one.  Went in yesterday for 12ga wads.  Came out with 2 old Stevens pumps.  One in 20ga and the other in .410.  The wife is happy.  She can shoot the 20ga, it's got shortened stock.  Oh Yes, I got the wads too.  Should have picked up some 20ga wads as well, now I have to go back today.

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.

I travel for my job and am in 5 or more gunshops each week.
I also have a tendency to like unusual things.
I often walk out without buying anything buy when I find something I like I know it may very well be a long time if ever before I see another

I can't even walk by a gun store without getting sucked through the doors. I can spend hours looking at  the firearms, supplies...and when its time to leave, I need a push cart to get it all to the car.

Its AWESOME bad...Though my wife has other terms that she uses to describe my condition.  ???

I didn't use ta could, but now I can look and not buy or care. I tried all the guns out that I ever wanted to. Now I shoot the ones I've had for 50 years and not care about the latest and greatest one. It finally occured to me after hundreds of guns and thousands of dollars, that those gun writers, were actually gun salesmen.

I almost always leave with more than I came for, or as my girlfriend put it the other day, " You can go to the store for a new lure and come home with a bass boat."
