Poyo, welcome to the board. Glad to have another new face.

Go to GBO Sponsors & Blackpowder Cannons links list.  The first post is a list the sponsors of this Forum, they ar ethe folks who make this forum possible.  The second post in the link is the link list of cannon sites we have found over the years, scroll down to the sectio on cannon plans and look fo the link to Antique Ordnance Publishers.  AOP can provide you with a set a official full size fully detailed plans.  From those plans you should be able to reduce the dimensions to what you need.  I think in the back of the set you will even find instructions on how the reduce the drawing to the scale you with to work with.

I have heard some complaints about the cost of the plans, but never a complaint from someone who bought a set. There are worth more than their cost.

Bought a set of Parrott plans from them, worth twice the price. Amazing stuff!

Dan, i'm light years away from my father's skill, but hey, practice makes perfect!
The replica is 1/6th of the original, the measurements were taken from a real Neregel (had to ask permition to the museum:))

I also have drawings from Antique Ordnance Publishers.  I have the #1 field carriage, #2 field carriage, limber and limber chest, and 2 gatling guns.  They are well worth the money if you are trying to build something.

Welcome, Poyo,
I admire your father's craftsmanship. You called the cannon that he made Neregel; are you in India?

Thanks, Poyo; When I googled NeregAl all I came up with was an Indian province.:D  Does the cannon have a known history?
