naval carriage dimensions

I was woundering what would be around the right height and length for the side walls on a naval carriage for a 1/2 scale 6 pounder with a 33inch barrel weighing 134 pounds total barrle weight would be.

there is a very nice book you should buy before you start an naval carriage build
it got tons of info in it

Dan's right, that book is a must have,  Here is the link to the website Building 18th Century Naval Artillery"

The book tells how make carriages with instructions on how to adapt the measurements to fit any size barrel.  Some great building tips and well worth the money.
