I am truly concerned about this kind of talk.  This past week-end I attended a gun show in Abilene, TX I was amazed at the number of Hispanics buying guns.  I overheard one young Mexican kid talking to his friend say, “I want something big enough to blow a watermelon size hole in a gringo.”

At the last gun show there were several AFT personnel with a table, I was surprised they were not back, several of the Mexicans wanted to buy guns with “no paper,”  I suspect they were illegal from appearance and their poor English.

This may come to a shooting “discussion” before it’s over with.

To be fair, I've heard a lot of folks at the gun range talk about how their giant hand gun could "really stop a big n****r".  Usually I just shrug them off as idiots.  Every group will have it's fair share of racists.  Typically they don't represent the views of the group as a whole.

What does worry me a little as that a lot of Hispanic racism towards whites is often displayed in the younger (ie, up and coming) crowd, whereas most of the racism I see in the whites is in the older outgoing crowd.  The latter isn't much of a problem.  They and their prejudice will be gone soon enough, and most of their peers are set in their ways enough to not budge from where they stand anyways.  Racism when seen in young people is more dangerous.  Their peers are far more open to being swayed one way or another.

Still, based on the people I know (though admittedly I'm on the opposite end of the country from CA), this guy is simply an extremist not representing the views of the group as a whole.

Having first hand experience with hispanics in Kalif. You might be suprised how many share his views , especially those on the west being occupied mexico.

Like Momma Gump said "Stupid is as Stupid does"

Boy better watch who he is exciting to the point of doing something stupid , Or it wont be just a possible Rodney King canindate but the second coming of "The Shot Heard Around the World".

In the tender box that is our present climate (on so many levels) in this country , do you really want to paint a target on your group by throwing fire.
