I just put a grip extension from Pearce Grip on my .380 and I thought I'd offer some feedback. It was very easy to install in place of the OEM magazine bottom, I think it took all of five minutes. Upon test firing I noticed the little pistol was much more controllable, all tendancies for the gun to flip out of my hand were eliminated.
I definately recommend one for anybody that carries the little K-T.
