I realize there is not much to do in Kansas in June other than cook, but lets hear something; heck lie to me I don't care just make it sound good. You know just like those fisherman do. Because we all know that hunters never tell a lie, we don't even stretch the truth HUH GUYS...

That should get something started.

Saw several of these guys during the recent floods while bowfishing.


I shot a coyote with the mange during turkey season.


I've seen two coveys of quail in the last few days while picking mullberries and blackberries.

Have a hen quail in my yard with 6 little ones. Visits the gardens every day. Can`t get pictures as good as Duk. She won`t let me very close on foot but if I`m on the tractor I have to stop and wait on her. Kinda like the geese in Olathe crossing the street.
Fishermen lie? I don`t know if all fishermen lie or all fishermen are liars?

I sure hope that pic of the snapping turtle was from a camera with a zoom lens. Brave men get fingers close to snapper brave men.
