Is anybody going to the National Trophy Matches at Camp Perry? This will be my first time, something I have wanted to do for many years. I'm doing it now because some day never comes. It should be a lot of fun. I will be shooting the M16 Match, the President's Match, the National Trophy Match, and the M1 Garand Match. My son and I will shoot together in the Hearst Doubles, two-man team match. I'll register our team as the 'Louisiana Tar Balls'.
Maybe next year I will put together something like a Lee-Enfield with cast bullets for the Vintage Rifle Match. 303 paper-patched bullets should work for a 200 yd match. What do you think?
