Dan Wesson .357
« on: July 31, 2010, 02:24:11 PM »
I saw a pretty nice DW 6", .357 at a gun show today, the fellow wanted $310 for it. What are they going for I haven't seen one at a show in awhile?
Thanks Frank

They usually go for $300+ depending on barrel length, stainless or blued and fixed or adjustable sights.  The cheapest being blued pork chop style barrel models.  They have a barrel shroud that has a tab that extends down to the front of the trigger guard, giving them the name, one of the earlier models.  They don't make those shrouds anymore, the straight barrel shrouds are still available from DW/CZ and all the 15 series will interchange.  Check the various auction sites for a general idea of one like you saw.

I love mine and for $310 if the condition was good I don't think you could have gone wrong.
