« on: June 07, 2010, 08:45:17 AM »
Does anyone know where I can find some good Lake City range brass in .223 Rem?  Got a project going, and need some brass for forming.

Thanks,
Shane

Sure, it's all over if you search reloading brass, but many times it's only in lot's of 1000 for around $100 plus shipping.

Try posting a "Want to Buy" ad on this fourm,link;

You'll likley get some bites  ;D

Don't know about the prices, but I just got this via e-mail today from Midway...

Might be worth a try if you have some prices to compare...

Thanks guys!  I'll get a post in that area soon.

BCB, That's about what Win. brass is new.  I might go with LC for my 223 as well, then I can use the same brass for both.

there is a place out in the philly area called kings shooter i think they had clean once fired for $12 per 100 or so and they are pretty cheap on their cast bullets.   if you dont need that many i have some around i could send you.

Thanks for the info "original."  I'm interested in both LC brass and the cast bullets so, I'll be looking up this "Kings Shooter."  I may take you up on your offer.  Jed sent me around 40 pieces already sized, cut, polished, and debured.  I'll probable need a few more over the next couple months.  Hope I can contact you later, and see if you still have the brass.  Thanks again.
