"Trapper" model Handi rifles.
« on: June 18, 2010, 05:30:12 PM »
Just a heads up for any of you who might be looking for a "Trapper" handi rifle,I was talking to the rep at Davidson's today and I asked him what he had in stock in Trapper Handi rifles. He has .44 magnum,45/70 and .357 magnum.I'm sure that other distributors have them but this was the only one I spoke with.Seems to me a .357 magnum Trapper would be a cool little rifle.I know my new .44 magnum Trapper sure is.

The more I listen,the more I hear....and vice versa.

45/70..it's almost a religion.

I'm having my old 44mag barrel cut down, recrowned and the front site remounted... makin' my own trapper.
Also thinkin' on gettin' it rechambered to 444 while I'm at it. That'd make quite a brush gun then. ;D
