Titan GP again
« on: July 11, 2010, 07:09:44 PM »
Got a replacement and apparently I got a lemon first time around.
Spent a while shooting it today. Forget the PBA pellets, they will not group,
as usual ::). But, with plain jane Daisy pellets, it cuts 1 ragged hole
at 30 yards. It is difficult to breach open for cocking but cocking is smooth.
Does not appear to be hold sensitive at all on firing. Scope is clear and
actually adjusts like it is supposed to. Want a 3x9 on it though instead
of a fixed 4 power. The nitro piston does not vibrate the gun nearly as much as a spring.
It is pretty loud however. All in all I am pretty impressed "so far".
We shall see..

Shot some more today. moved back another 10 yards to 40.
Same point of aim/impact as at 30 yards. No drop.
