You guys are making me want to spend money that I shouldn't!
I've been thinking real hard about a Glock 20 SF for a long time now. Ever since I held a SF model glock they have been on my mind. They were corssed off my list because of te grip angle feeling weird to me, but the SF put them back in the game. I like the idea of the power of the 10mm, but I don't get why everyone is putting the 6" aftermarket barrels on their guns. Is the stock barrel junk? Is the new barrel just to shoot hard cast ammo? If I were to buy a 20SF I'd probably just be shooting JHP handloads at full power.
I'm glad to hear that the recoil isn't that bad in the 20SF. I keep wondering if I'd be making a bad trade off in getting more power with the 20 and more recoil.
To the best of my knowledge there isn't a 45ACP +P factory ammo out there that is close to a 10mm is there?
