Is the Colt Gold Cup drilled & tapped?
« on: October 22, 2010, 10:11:49 AM »
Good Day:

Considering the Colt Gold Cup (among others) for Bullseye competition.

I would eventually like to mount a red dot sight on whatever pistol I ultimately decide on and was wondering if the Gold Cup is already drilled & tapped for scope mounts? I cannot find any reference to that on the Colt website.

Thank you.

There are other ways to mount to the slide w/o holes. I've a burris fastfire secured by use of the rear sight dovetail.
