p 3 at breakin
« on: August 05, 2010, 12:07:19 PM »
just fired the first 5 rounds thru my new gun.  It cycles perfectly and shot to point of aim
as well as I could tell.  Are there any unique breakin proceedures that owners need to
follow. Didn't get much from the super small manual but very happy so far.  Shot my
Makarov right after it and could tell much difference in the sound from the 380 and personally
the recoil wasn't much more in the littler gun. woooppeee!

update-- Have fired a box of precision arms and a box of remingtons without a problem of any kind.
The gun fires to the left when fired one handed (i'm lefty) and to the point of aim from a two hand
hold.  Shots group about 5" from 10 yard range.   Our legislature has passed shall issue carry permit law             and I'm on my way to being golden!

congrats on the 3..no breakin necessary on mine.. i wore one out at the range ..
i knew with that rnd i had to be able to hit specific vitals..kel tec sent me a new one
with old # stamped in it..
i m not an advocate of center mass aim point with that gun..if a deer can run 100 yrds with
a 180 grn 06 rnd thru its lungs.. [an sometimes they do] ..well i just think its possible you just make some people mad with a one lung shot..self defence is about stopping all aggression..
upper chest where every thing ,wiring etc comes togather..neck an face shot are my bet to stop him faster..

still thats just my bet..also jmo.. good luck ..slim

I bought one of these for my wife last year.
First thing I did was run 200 rounds thru it.
Zero problems.

It's taken a lot of years for me to come around to the tupperware guns.
But I have a few now and have no complaints.
