Misguided

I spoke with a fellow shooter yesterday.  He mentioned gun show loop holes and he felt they should be closed.  He said they should have background checks to keep the guns out of the hands of criminals.  I explained to him that vendors are required to do them at the shows.  I asked him if he should should be able to sell one of his guns to a private individual and he said yes.  I said we currently have that right.

We got on to moose hunting and he said he sees fewer moose on his trail cameras and many more wolves.  He blamed the decline in the moose population on warmer weather   The misinformation of the liberal media takes its toll over time.

Where has all of the common sense gone

Its not misguided it called brain washed it started on TV years ago . It started in schools about the time thei intergrated . Tell a lie enough times its is believed .

I belive it was 2 years ago, I went to a special presentation at my boys 3rd grade class. It was a science/wildlife affair put on by the local zoo. This was in a class room, so the attendence was 30-40 kids and parents. And everyone was coming and going, becasue there was other things in other rooms. The speaker was half way thru her presentation, and mentioned that whitetail deer was an endangered species.
Better than half the dads,including myself, bust out laughing, as well as some of the kids, my boy included. On the way out the door, I heard one of the other dads talking with the woman from the zoo. He said something about killing 3 deer the previous year's hunting season, and hitting one with his truck. I didn't feel it neccessary to put my 2cents in, as there was another dad standing there ready to unload on the gal.
She never got out in the real world, lived in liberal land and media hype. gypsyman

Someone should have had the gumption to run her liberal a$$ off and confront the school officials also if need be. Embarrasing the kids and friends be damned. If they are embarased rather than outraged they need to have a reality check. Find friends with brains in thier heads that will back you up and that you will back up.

Teach the children they can think for themselves and support and scream out for thier own beliefs rather than sit idely by to avoid  being what ?, uncouth, disruptive, any lable "they" would like to hang on us as we reservedly sit by and let the liberal idiots have thier say and thier way. B.S.

Vendors at gun shows are not required to do background check unless they are an FFL dealer.  You can rent a table and sell personally owned guns.
