Need barrel for Winchester model 12 in 20 ga.

I need a barrel for a 20 ga. Winchester model 12.  Length and choke not important.

I assume you've already checked out the parts houses such as GunPartsCorp and JackFirst.  If not they should be the first stop.  Then buy a GunList.  They have an entire section for Barrels.  There are also firms that advertise there that deal almost exclusively in used barrels.  All else failing a call to Simmons Gun Specialties may be in order, but beware of sticker shock..

Found a barrel on e-bay for $125 with a pollychoke

I went through the gun and all it will need in the near future is a new cartridge stop.  I found one of the for $8 so it looks like I will be shooting at squirrels with the little 20 in the very near future.
