I have not been able to find them even on line. Are they out of production?

Thanks, but this is the HI Vel stuff I can get locally. I was looking for the 830 FPS load.

Standard velocity is considered 1050fps. You are looking for subsonic. CCI CB Short is 710fps. They are tuff to find. Might ask this question at http://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums/index.php
They are a great site for all your rim fire questions.

Of the low velocity 22 ammo, i like the Remington CBee 22 low noise, by far the best.  They are a long rifle with a 33 grain hp bullet at 740fps, and have the best designed bullet i've found, in the low velocity ammo.

Rem CB's are in Farm and Fleet stores in Wisconsin,  CCI   Cb shorts are in Fleet Farm stores in MN< WI< ND.    I have found the batch of Rem CB's are almost as loud as the Standard velocity 22's. Have shot them out of 20-24" barrels. Dont know if I got a "HOT" batch or not

I ran into this problem when my rem standard velocities ran out years ago. I just switched to lr sub sonic. Never shot the ones I linked up.

CCI list a target short, not a CB at 830 fps. Pretty close to the Remington Cbee. Our F&F only had Remington HV. I bought a box to try them. It's getting more bult up around here. and the regular HV LR, I use Volicitors, scares the ponies. Looking for air rifle noise with less hassle. I would try standard Vorticity target LR if I can find them

I imagine standard lr would still give that crack to scare the ponies. I haven't messed with them in a long time, but seems like they used to be super sonic. If you go with the sub sonic rounds it will get rid of that loud crack. If you have a long barrel rifle you can cut the blast of the gun noise down as well. Everything is out of stock on this page but it can give you an idea of names, weights and velocities. http://www.22ammo.com/subsonic.html Remington sub sonics are pretty common at the walmart type stores.

Found Cbee at local F&F & they were in sale! If they work well I'll buy a couple of more boxes.

fired Remington Cbee, CCI CB Longs, & Remington HS shorts out of my trusty Savage 15-A. The CCI & CBee kept all hits on an arasol can at 10 yards. Including 2 "Head shots" . The plastic cap and the end. about the only noise was the ping of the bullet hitting the can. The only miss was a head shot with the short and that may have been my fault. The short penetrated the deepest. If I can get bact to Farm & Fleet while they are on sale I will buy all they have of the CBee's.
I want to shoot some paper groups with the CBees & the CB LOngs.
