Boot Reid & Shoe in Schumer

If we do not defeat Harry Reid, he is still a good friend and strong supporter of the second Amendment.    :-X

Reid just secured a $61 million earmark for a gun range in Clark County, Nevada;    ;)
Etc.,
Etc.…

Even if the Republicans retake the Senate, Reid would be our very best hope for the Senate Minority Leader.    8)

If Reid loses, he’s almost certain to be succeeded as majority leader by a fierce gun-control advocate, either
Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin or New York Sen. Chuck Schumer.    :o      >:(      :'(

Can the Republicans retake the Senate …    :-\
and …
keep it …
until not only Durbin and Schumer are retired,    ???
but until someone as friendly as Reid ascends to take the majority leader position.      ::)

Hold your nose, … or ...                :-[
shoot yourself in the foot.      :'(
Welcome to politics;        :o
the art of the possible !          ::)

Well Sig, I am from Alabama where many people have lost their job. Our state is having a hard time keeping teachers. The US faces an insurmountable debt. I don't think I want my money going to Nevada to build anything. You have illustrated very well the problem in Washington and why we are headed to serfdom. When you spend other peoples money, you don't care too much about responsibility.
The sole purpose of government is to protect your liberty. The Constitution is not to restrict the people, but to restrict government.  Ron Paul

The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first. - Thomas Jefferson

I'm not applauding earmarks, ...           :(
and I have no love lost for Harry Reid.                 :P

All that I am saying is that: ...
it could be a lot worse;            :o
... look before you leap..                    :'(

So far as I am concerned, the government(s) have no business involved in anything that:
isn't absolutely essential;
and can't be done without government involvement.

It bothers me for the government to take our money.                  :(
It infuriates me for the government to take our freedom !                          >:(

If we lose our 1st and 2nd Amendment Rights to free speech and to bear arms;
our pathetic money and all of our wealth will be useless.
