Marlins get new clothes, now with picture.

Picked up a 336 XLR Marlin with a plan.  Liked the looks of my 1895 GS with the walnut stocks, and saw a pic of a blued marlin with the gray lams.  So, tonight I changed the stocks on my 308 MX and the 336 XLR around.  The MX has the gray lams from the XLR and the XLR is wearing the walnut from the MX. 8)  I'm thinkin they look pretty cool.  DP

I like the looks of stainless with walnut.  I like the practical of stainless with lam or with composite.

The Walnut stock no longer wears the slip-on pad.  Looks mo' better. ;) ;D  DP
