Are they the same?

I went to my local shop today and took a look around. I saw a shotgun on the rack and I thought it was a Pardner 12ga. It wasn't a Pardner though... it's a Marlin 200. It looks identical to a Pardner... are they the same gun? It's got a beautiful case colored frame and the wood and barrel are perfect. He's asking $100 bucks for it.

Yes and no, H&R won't fit barrels to them, but they were made by H&R.
