What's the diff b/w Hornady SST and Interbond?

Both have polymer tips. I know the Interbond has a stiffer jacket which is bonded to the core for max weight retention. This lead me to think the SST is more apt to fragment.

Obviously not many people have shot both of these bullets; and I am one of them.  However I have purchased some of the 150 gn Interbonds in 30 cal.  to shoot out of my .308.   In 2 different loads the groups were 1 1/2 to 2" @ 100.  Not my idea of a good group.  But I will continue to experiment as I really do think they will perform well . . . after I find what they prefer in a load.  Sorry I could not be of help to you.

o.k., first I'll admit I haven't shot the interbond.  That's from time constraints, though, not lack of interest.

The difference lies in the bullet construction.  Look at Hornady's new website, and you will find the answer.  www.hornady.com

As for the SST's , I love them.  I've shot some of my best groups  in .25-06 and .30-06 with them.  The terminal performance is astounding.

It's worth a look if you are looking for an alternative to Nosler.
