I have always wanted to take a General motors car with front drive and the 3.8 liter engine and build a rear engine car.
I would like to have all wheel drive by means of a hydrolic type drive like KLR 2X2 motorcycles. Have a very light flywheel and torque control of the engine like Honda raceing motorcycles have. The Hondas win races with less HP because the control can regulate power better than the rider and it isn't as hard to ride without breaking the tires loose, is less tireing to ride and wins races. The 3800 is a short stroke v6 engine desighed by Buick many years ago for raceing. It can take 400hp build on the crank without crank modification.
Then add a gyro stabalizer and pressure sensative air dams and spoiler wings which are available on the market now. 10s of thousannds of 3800 FWD cars on the road and in junk yards with engines that will run and an endless supply of parts. Power chips are available for all applications.
Just a compilation of things available on the market.
