trying to get a price check on one that was made in 1958. 95% rated. shot less than 50 times. anybody have any idea what this is worth?

You should be able to ask and get $450-500 easily for a '58 in 95% condition for that caliber. 336's are pretty rare in .32spl compared to the .30-30 & .35Rem.

Got lucky and found mine for $200, had to touch up the bluing in a couple of spots, hardly noticable(sp), shoots fine, yes a blind squirell can find an acorn on occasion!! Would'nt sell it for nothing, sweet gun. Later Ray

I picked one up while I was in Maine for $150. I believe that was about 1998, or so.
It will shoot better than most bolt action sporters, and I won a few local "hunter's rifle" benchrest matches with it. It is my best shooting Marlin.
