Anybody going to Washington on 8-28?

I'm thinking about it, but I'm concerned about intra-city transportation and a place to stay.
Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it on to our children in the bloodstream. I'd like to go also but it would cost me at least $1500. I don't have right now to spend. I have heard that staying anywhere near D.C. is incredibly expensive so my estimate might be low.

My wife and I are in the planning stages to go. I am looking for a place to park the Camper outside the area and commute in on the 28th. Just finding a place to park my truck will be a problem.

I'm thinking more like a bed roll and a lawn chair, maybe just a lawn chair.  I figure that I could fly in in the morning, then fly out the following morning and sleep on the plane, pending available flights.  No flights=no go for me.
