limb saver slip on pad

I have a 12/.22lr combo gun this is a full size combo  , and would like to know if someone could tell me which limbsaver pad size would be the best fit . I dont have the luxury of taking the gun to the store for a test fit . The closest place the carries the product is about an hour away so I will be buying it online . Any help would be great

Medium would probably be best.  Keep in mind that the Winchester brand sold at Walmart is literally 1/2 the price and is made by limbsaver for them.  I made the mistake of paying $38 the day before I found this out.  My buddy got one for his .270 and yep identical even in the bump pattern inside.  lol  Next one I buy will be the Winchester.  ;)  FYI you can use a small, although it bumps out a little top and bottom, but I use small because it fits my H&R .45LC and .45-70 BC stocks and my Hawken BP rifle.  8)

Deffinetely get the winchester brand at wall mart its still limb saver and is only $20 I use the small on my Handi's should be the same on the rossi's

Absolutely! My Tracker II 12ga at 5 1/2 lbs was hard kicking put one on and now it seems like a 20ga

You bet.  With my max load .45-70's at 52 gr. Reloader7 and a 325gr. FTX or Interlock, I can stand to shoot it about 3 times before I start flinching.  With my Limbsaver, I shoot 40-50 at a time without issue.  I like the slip-on because it doesn't mess with the stocks on my Hawken, and two H&R BC's which have the steel buttplate.  8)  Also helps when shooting the big Great Plains conicals out of my .50 Muzzle loader, those bruise me.  lol

thanks for the tip about the winchester pad to try and save money . The only problem was that the three wal mart stores in my area dont carry the pad . I went ahead and ordered the limbsaver pad from gander mountian this morning . 29.99 with free shipping  I think that I may have spent that in gas yesterday looking for the winchester pad . Oh well the doves and geese wont know what I spent .
