  I don't see Ruger reconfiguring them and I don't really see the laws in NY changing either so ahhh....doubt it.   However!   If you can find one,  Horent used to offer a stock, still may actually that was basically a Charger stock that had a longer OAL due to the swept back grip and hand support.  Using that stock and a factory 16 1/2" 10/22, you were legal and still considered a long gun due to the OAL.

The charger looks like to much fun not to allowed to have one.
