I got into casting 1/8 ounce jigs because lures got so expensive I started trying jigs with jig tails and discovered the best walleye small mouth bass lure cost me 5 cents for the hook and a dime for the tail instead of 4 bucks for a lure. Then got into big flathead cats and needed 2-4 ounces of sinkers. No way would I spend 50 cents for an ounce sinker so a mould for sinkers too. Then I got a muzzleloader and discovered a 365 gr. Lee REAL die was 20 bucks and now shoot conicals quite well and cheap.
