.280 H-R twist

Can someone please post the rate of twist for the .280 H-R?  I may buy one for cast bullets only but I'd like to know the rate of twist first.  Bore and groove diameters would be great, if anyone has that info.

All twist rates are in the FAQs and Help sticky, a good place for newbies to spend lots of time reading.  ;)
