Christmas in Idaho?
« on: November 13, 2003, 12:12:36 PM »
Ok. I have a really odd( and possibly dumb ) question

What is in season during the last week of December in Idaho. I know that sounds odd, but I may have a chance to go to the Gem State. If I do, I wouldn't mind being able to hunt something. It would be a shame to travel all the way there and not hunt something.

Any suggestions?

Generally - ducks and snowmobiliers.  The ducks are a bit tastier though.  The seasons vary by area, so where you are going makes a difference.

Some upland birds are open, such as chukar, etc.  Check the regs on the Idaho F&G website...........
