32 S&W Long in the 327

Can the adjustable sights on most 327 be adjusted for accurate shooting with the 32 S&W long ammmo?

Should be---but---being old and of less ability---I tend to make adjustments on my hold.

In a handgun chambered for the .327 Ruger Magnum you should be able to fire the following rounds (in addition to the original chambering): .32 H&R Magnum, .32 S&W Long, .32 S&W Short and .32 ACP (it is a semi-rimmed cartridge and should have nust enough rim for the extractor star to catch and function).

Yep, my Blackhawk works fine with all three with minimal adjustments. I just close the distance. 327 at 50 yards and 32 S&W at 25 with the H&R in between

The sights on the .327 Ruger Blackhawk can be adjusted to hit point of aim with the .32 S&W long.
