Need big city help.

I have a Delta radial arm saw that has a 5/8 inch arbor.  Any you guys know where i might get a 5/8 to 1 inch arbor insert?  The one i have made don't last very long.

Agree with George and Irishman, it should be hardened AND not painted.

How thick?  I have some 1" A2 tool steel -

Of course the two places that come to mind to get it ready-made would be a) saw manufacturers and b) supply houses as McMaster-Carr and Granger.

I am beginning to think there is a trick measurement in them. The ones I made were out of gun barrels but not hardened.  They don't last long.  They are saw blade thick.

I was a bit frustrated last night when I  posted.    I can find saw blades with 5/8 hole, but not a 12 inch. 

If someone has a source for 5/8 center 12 circular saw blades, that would help also.

I think they definitely need to be hardened.

Using Soot's link I got three for $6 bucks with shipping.  Lot cheaper than I could make them.
