H & R GREENWING SPECIAL – 20ga. 3” Mod., 26 in. barrel, high polished blue frame, walnut stained pistol grip hardwood stock, semi-beavertail forearm, hard rubber buttplate, gold trigger, gold markings, short 13”LOP, 5 lbs.

Do any of you guys know anything about this variety?
I have a chance to pick it up.

I have one in 20 ga., it is as you described. The stock is more like a semi-monte carlo style, possibly for the smaller frame person it was intended for. I put a standard shotgun stock on it just this year, it is nice and light. I think I payed $50 bucks for it 10 years ago or so. It has taught 3 kids how to handle a shotgun properly. JamesIII
