1/10 Mil Turrets

Have any of you used a scope with 1/10 Mil adjustments and a mil-dot reticle?  What do you think of it?  It looks like it would be easy to use since the reticle would be calibated the same as the turrets.  I was thinking about that new Weaver 3-10x40

I gues it would be alright if your range finder was metric, but I`ve been working with ft. and in. to long to switch.
