I bought a Glock 20 and the sights were so dim, they're useless.
Only one thing to do, replace them.

Unfortunately they don't last forever! Are they after market of factory? Try contacting Glock, what have you got to loose?

I've got a model 22 that came with the nite sights when new back in 1996, and they are dim but still visible.
I guess it's probably time I replaced them....Ya think?
