Anyone seen a goose like this one?

My client shot this the other day, it's the middle bird with the white head, I have never in all my years seen one of thse has anyone?  What makes it like this. sure would like to know.......Pete

Just not enough detail in the photo to tell. Do you have a closer view of it?

I really can not tell by the pic. Like Graybeard says, a better pic would be easier to see it and determine what it might be. But it just looks like the cheek patch is larger than normal.  ???
