Is it possible to size max brass with the 357 mag dies ? All I can find online is that the seeting stem of some dies maybe to short ? anyone using mag dies for the Max ? I have a carbide RCBS set of mag dies .

I'm presently using 357 mag dies to load the 357 max and mine works fine.

My old Lyman Deluxe set is Labeled .38 spec, 357 mag/max. They work fine.

I use 38/357 dies too but can't size the full length of the case and thus far that hasn't been an issue. I did replace the seater stem with a 35 remington seater to use with 180gr SSP's
