Uberti Colt's Burgess rifle 1883

Uberti has a new replica out, 1883 Colt Burgess rifle. 
Does anyone know if this action is different than the 1873 toggle link action?  Stronger, or the same?  I can't find any info on this action type.

It's the same basic action.

The last issue of GUNS OF THE OLD WEST had an in-depth review.

The Burgess action is more than 2 inches shorter and is stronger.  There are also other differences.  There were no patent infringement issues.
