30grain match for .223

Anyone have a good recipe for loading 30gr match for .223?
I can't find anything for light of bullet...

I don't, but if it were me I'd use the data I've seen for 35 grain bullets.  You won't be loading up to max for the 30 gr, but I've found some good loads just short of max anyway.  Any data for 35 grain bullets should be safe for the 30s.

Although they aren't exactly the same bullet as the one you are searching for data on, the Barnes website has load data for their 30 gr. Varmint Grenade in the .223 Rem. that might be useful.
