Model Number of Old H&R

I had an H&R single shot shotgun passed down to me, and I am looking for some info on it.  On the left side of the receiver it is stamped "Harrington & Richardson Arms Co Worchester, Mass U.S.A. Pat Feb. 27, 1900". Rght behind the trigger guard it is stamped "A261289".  It has a 30" barrel. The information I am looking for is the model number so that I can buy a few parts for it.  Also, since I need parts,(really just a butt plate and screws) where would be the best place to purchase these items.  Any information you could provide would be great.

First off Nate welcome to Greybeards forum.
It is easily the best place on the net to spend hours upon hours.
We've got a couple experts on the H&R's right here.
So just hang on and one will be along soon to help you out.
If not today then probably tomorrow.

Sound like a model 19XX, pics will help the vintage H&R experts identify it. It sounds just like mine, same markings IIRC! Best source is Numrich once you figure out what it is.

First question:  is the hinge pin removable (has toggle head and unscrews to break down the gun) or is that pin solid and the forearm "snaps" off for breakdown?
